Front yard landscape
- Would like to see the dirt area covered in fresh rock (see neighbor's house to the left, dark / black small/mid size rock, cheap not expense)
- Put a border around the area just to keep it clean, no need to lay black tarp... we may just use round-up to clean out final weeds
- Landscapers already removed weeds and plants from here so that job is completed

First floor Interior paint
- IMG_4780, IMG_4760, IMG_4779, IMG_4778, IMG_4777
- There's a few minor holes, they're pretty small so a small spackle may be required
- Paint door(s) that need painting
- Please use neutral matte paint finish, white/neutral only. If needs be paint whole wall to blend.
- Make sure to cover flooring when painting, flooring is new.
Second floor interior paint
- I forgot to take photos but there are only two walls that need to be painted (I believe it's just the two ends of the house where there's peeling). Cover flooring, the carpet is new.
