Property painting / restore 1 (Edgeworth)

Near: North Edgeworth Avenue, Royal Oak, MI, USA

Project involves repainting, fixing or potentially replacing small portion of vinyl flooring in kitchen, covering holes, and few additional tasks.

The paint used is: Grey: Behr 780F-4 or a darker shade (Behr 780F-5), I believe the lighter shade was used so let's stay consistent with that. No gloss.

General

Throughout house check walls that need to be either wiped down or painted over
Remove all nails and cover holes throughout
i.e., tenant attempted to cover their damage in bathroom with a totally wrong paint color
Shoe moldings painted and restored

Specifics

Hallway ceiling has a weird glossy painted spot... possible to blend?
Kitchen area ceiling needs to be restored and painted; there are a few spots, please access the attic above the laundry (it's very easily accessible with a drop ladder - see if any leaks can be identified for a patch

Kitchen flooring

Tenant flooded floor few months ago and caused breaking of the new-ish vinyl flooring. Our team already added sub flooring supports from the crawl space. Majority of the flying is fine but there's a few vinyl tiles that need to be restored - looking for best solution here.
