Near: East Lewiston Avenue, Ferndale, MI, USA
Lower level of duplex, majority of the house is good to go. Minor painting but potential ceiling repair.
General
- Front bedroom has several nails - remove, patch, and paint... not sure which paint color was used but really like the color (if possible please find out or nearest paint color and give us the color code for records)
- Rear bedroom, same as above
Additional
- Rear bedroom drop ceiling needs to be re-balanced... may want to replace that ceiling light with a simple flat round LED light i.e., the 14/15" round flat
