Upper level of duplex, mostly paint work.
General
- Main room - one wall has primary holes / scuffs, the rest of the walls might be fine?
- Hallway between bedrooms has some chipping
- Rear bedroom has few nail holes and scuffs
- Front bedroom has few nail holes and scuffs
- Remove ceiling fan both rooms and replace with modern LED flat light (something like this via https://www.costco.com/KODA-Slim-15-LED-Ceiling-Light-With-Adjustable-Color-Temperature.product.1435543.html)
Additional
- From the upper unit rear door, downstairs there's access to the laundry in the basement - the door knob to the basement needs to be replaced with generic door knob
Paint color that was potentially used was Grey: Behr 780F-4, but please confirm and relay.
