Lewiston Updates

Near: East Lewiston Avenue, Ferndale, MI, USA

• There's a few random nails around the property, I doubt they need any repainting since they are small nails - pull them out and see how it looks
• Fix floor transition between the kitchen and dining room
• Bathroom sink is dripping, If I recall it's an old one - maybe put a new one in there via lowes, check underneath for leaks with plumbing
• Check bathroom shower ceiling, might be a thin crack there? Not sure if it's worth touching or just cleaning up
• Few random knicks of the paint around the place, again not sure if it's worht touch or doing a quick light touch up on it...
• One of the closest in the hallway, I'm okay with that one getting painted or updated
• The tenant mentioned paint scrapes inside the the door frames... but not sure if that's worth painting either it's just going to get ripped out again
• We're not going to paint nor touch the bedroom closest
• I would like to see paint touchups where the blinds were removed (small random squares, see photos)
• We are not painting nor touching anything in the sun room area
• Kitchen sink needs replacement, check underneath for leaks with plumbing
